Pumpkin Patch

Last Saturday, Allie and I went to our third pumpkin patch this year shopping for the perfect pumpkin. I know it sounds crazy, but the first two were at the corn maze and apple orchard so it wasn't a special trip like this one. The pumpkin patch off 51 in Charlotte is massive. Like hundreds of pumpkins. It's ridiculously awesome and Allie and I loved it.

Allie in a sea of baby pumpkins.

White pumpkins. Never seen these before.
And green pumpkins. Never seen these before either.
Allie loves the small pumpkins. I will admit that they are adorable.

And it's been found! The perfect pumpkin!

This pumpkin was the table centerpiece for Allie's fall party (pics coming soon). We ran out of time and didn't have a chance to carve it, but if it's still looking healthy next month, maybe we'll do something to it when she's here for Thanksgiving.

We ended up getting this large pumpkin, 4 small pumpkins for Allie and her friends to decorate at her party, and 2 tiny pumpkins for decor. All 7 pumpkins cost $10! It was awesome and we are totally going back to this place next year cause it was by far the best.

I love fall!
