On Monday Zach, Allie, and I took a road trip back to Alabama. Even though we all prefer flying, we did catch some cool sights on our way.
Old Volkswagen truck
Allie watching a movie
Really gorgeous sunset. This pic does not do it justice.
Love you Al! Can't wait to see you soon!
On Tuesday we went by Zach's mom's place in Decatur and it was amazingly scrumptious as always.

On our way back home we stopped in Scottsboro and went to the Unclaimed Baggage store. This is by far the oddest place to buy things, things that have gotten lost in transit. Some things are new, some things are old, but it all feels.... odd, yet fascinating. Ha!
Go on and get you a lost saddle.
And wedding dress?!
Zach found these awesome shoes - boots for $25 and Levi shoes for $12! He also got a brand new pair of $145 New Balance shoes for $30. There are definitely some diamonds in the rough to be found here.
Gobs and gobs of point-and-click cameras
I really thought there would be more actual suitcases, but I guess they just keep the good ones.
I ended up finding some steals for Allie too - some designer pants, a new Gap skirt, and this awesome military-inspired H&M jacket (with extra button!).
Thanks Unclaimed Baggage for an interesting first experience. If you are ever in Alabama and nearby you should check it out. It's definitely an experience!
